Don’t get me wrong. I enjoy knitting socks. But that’s all I’ve been knitting the past two months. I have other ideas floating around in my mind and I also have the yarn to bring those ideas to fruition.
I have a scarf I wanna make (more fun with US size 15 needles 
), I’ve got a couple of hat patterns I want to do as well… and yes, there’s an amazing sock pattern that I’ve fallen in love with. But I cannot let myself start ANY of them until at least two pair of the 4 socks I have on the needles are done.
So, I’ve decided that it’s not that I need to knit any faster. I just need to park myself on the sofa and just knit. So that’s what I’m gonna do now.

I’m with you, enough socks for now. Aside from spinning endless miles of yarn, I’m contemplating gloves. It’s too hot to knit right now, but contemplating takes a lot of brain power.
