I so want to spin something. I got out this handpainted roving (from madelinetosh ) that I’ve had for a while… and if I wasn’t sure about my sensitivity to wool, I am now. I took these photos and was so sad to have to put it back into it’s plastic bag. Anyway, I hope you enjoy these pictures. I think they came out very well, especially with the light from the cloud covered sun. It’s called ‘I Want Candy’.
Are you really allergic to wool? Can you knit with it?
Oh, my heart really goes out to you. That’s sad. Can you still spin silk or bamboo or any of the other new fibers out there?
